From the Fishing Lodge you can walk along the side of the reservoir; this takes you to a gate
leading into a car park, and this in turn leads to a Children's Playground on Meadgate.
Unfortunately, the gate to the Children's Playground is somethimes locked.
Rather than risk this, I now walk along the road past The Windmill Pub towards Meadgate.

There is a path right alongside the reservoir used by fishermen, but this is not a public right of way
